1. Use of the App

You must best at least 13 years old to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. User Content

Our App may allow you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content that you post to the App, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

Prohibited Content: You strictly agree not to post any content that is offensive, insensitive, abusive, defamatory, pornographic, creates a risk of harm, or otherwise violates any law or the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove any Content that violates these Terms at our sole discretion.

4. Returns and Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our specific policy for returns and refunds is as follows:

• Return Window: You may request a return or refund within 15 days of receiving your order.
• Eligible Reasons: We accept returns/refunds primarily for the following issues:
  • Empty Parcel: If you received an empty package.
  • Broken/Damaged Items: If the product arrived broken or damaged.
• Proof Required: To process your refund or return claim, you MUST provide valid proof. This includes clear photos or an unboxing video showing the condition of the package and item upon arrival. Without proper proof, we may be unable to honor your claim.

5. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Hooria Glow and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of Pakistan and foreign countries.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Hooria Glow, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

8. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
